Atlas Stocks is a financial analytics platform operated by SAR Group S.L., based in Madrid, Spain.

("SAR Group", "we", "our", or "us") collects, processes, stores, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal data across the Atlas Stocks platform, including its websites, dashboards, APIs, confidential reports, simulations, and related services (the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

AI Statement

The Services are powered by the SAR AI Engine™, a proprietary artificial intelligence framework owned by SAR Group S.L. The SAR AI Engine™ does not train on, sell, or disclose individual user data, portfolios, or personal information to third parties.

Name, email address, country, timezone, date of birth (for eligibility purposes), and encrypted or hashed credentials.

Billing Data

Subscription tier, Stripe customer ID, billing status, invoices, transaction history, and payment metadata. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored by SAR Group S.L.

Portfolio & Watchlist Data

Asset tickers, positions, prices, allocations, notes, alerts, simulations, and preferences entered by the user.

Usage & Technical Data

IP address, browser type, device identifiers, session timestamps, login events, error logs, and system diagnostics.

Preferences & Communications

Notification settings, email preferences, support communications, and feedback.

Personal data is obtained from:

  • Data you provide directly when creating an account or using the Services.

All reports, dashboards, emails, outputs, prompts, templates, analytical frameworks, models, and proprietary structures generated through Atlas Stocks (collectively, "Confidential Information") are proprietary to SAR Group S.L.

Users agree not to:

  • Copy, store, or reuse Confidential Information beyond permitted personal use.
  • Distribute, sell, sublicense, or disclose outputs to third parties.
  • Use Atlas Stocks outputs, methodologies, or structures to develop or train competing software or AI systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract any component of the SAR AI Engine™.

This confidentiality obligation survives termination and remains in force for as long as the information retains its confidential or proprietary nature under applicable law.

International data transfers.

Personal data may be processed in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards are implemented, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), adequacy decisions, or equivalent lawful mechanisms.
